Charlie joined WVCAN in 2019. He comes to us after a decade of service in state government and regulatory affairs, as well as a brief stint in the private sector. As Data & Support Manager, Charlie performs functions related to the operations, sustainability, and quality assurance of child advocacy centers in West Virginia. Charlie graduated from Concord University with degrees in Political Science and History. Born and raised in West Virginia, he enjoys the outdoors, playing guitar, and cheering on the Mountaineers. He and his wife have two kids who keep them busy, and a fur baby named Foxy.
